Here is a case study of implementation in a large food factory. In a bean sprout factory in Hiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture, the main application is machine cleaning. After work is completed, the remaining bean sprouts on the machines and floors are easily washed away, followed by a final cleaning with alkaline electrolyzed water. After cleaning the entire factory, we expect a disinfecting effect by pouring acidic electrolyzed water on the floor. We are also exploring its use on bean sprouts, and we have started to notice effects with some applications.
